Keeping Museum Volunteers Engaged During Times of Change

Volunteers are a core driver of many cultural organizations.  How can museums continue to keep their volunteers engaged, build connections and knowledge during times of change such as the current global pandemic?

No matter the size of your organization or number of volunteers, this webinar will help you find creative ways to work collaboratively with your volunteers while your organization is closed. Join Holli Hodgson, Alexandra Weaver and Chris O’Connor from the Royal BC Museum and BC Archives as they walk you through their blueprint for keeping volunteers engaged during this current challenging time. You’ll learn how to think more creatively about working with your volunteers, how to continue training and professional development opportunities, and ways to maintain volunteer connections and well-being.

Registration is FREE free for anyone who wishes to join, you do not need to be a BCMA member. Bring a friend. Or two!
