Power Tools: Creating a blueprint for recruiting, revitalizing and recognizing volunteers

The Royal BC Museum and BC Archives recently made significant changes to the structure of their volunteer services, working closely with volunteers to transform the program from the ground up.

No matter the size of your organization, this blueprint will help you find creative ways to work collaboratively with your volunteers. Join Holli Hodgson and Alexandra Weaver from the Royal BC Museum and BC Archives as they walk you through their blueprint. You’ll learn how to think more creatively, identify the best ways to promote your volunteer program, use best recruitment practices, build a training plan, strategize how to empower your volunteers and build a recognition program that demonstrates appreciation and respect. Examples from the RBCM resource materials will be available to all webinar registrants.

Registration is FREE for BCMA members.
