Annual Conference Information:

BCMA’s annual conference is a highlight for many museum leaders and decision-makers. Our conference attracts 150-200 sector professionals, governments, funders and industry members from across BC and Canada each year.  This provides the exhibitor the opportunity to interact one on one.



$850 per exhibit plus GST for Members and $1,200 per exhibit plus GST for Non-Members. This includes food & beverage for 1 person as stated below.  For an additional person at your table a charge of $150.00 plus GST is applicable to cover the cost of food & beverage.  This can also be purchased online when purchasing the exhibit space. There is a maximum of two persons allowed per exhibit space.


Each Exhibit includes:

  • 1 skirted 6 foot table
  • 2 chairs
  • Exhibitor name badge
  • Logo inclusion in all promotional materials
  • Verbal recognition during conference
  • Food & beverage during the conference sessions (as provided for delegates) on October 5 & 6, 2020 for 1 person. (This does not include the Gala Dinner and Awards evening.  Tickets can be purchased separately for this event.)
  • Exhibitor profile in HOOT newsletter and on BCMA website
  • Social media promotions


General Information:

  • All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are non-refundable
  • Full payment must be received at time of booking exhibit due to limited amount of space available
  • First come first served for booking
  • Exhibit tables are assigned by the Event Manager
  • All prices are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax
